Techsystems Services & Integration Asia Pte Ltd (TSIA), was formerly known as Logistics Instrumentation Services & Technologies Pte Ltd and later Thomson-CSF Services & Industrie Asia Pte Ltd, was incorporated in 1992 as a JV company between the Keppel Group of Singapore and Thomson-CSF of France.
The main business activities of the company are in the testing, calibration and maintenance of electrical and electronic test and measuring equipment and systems.
In December 1999, Thomson-CSF sold off its entire stake in TSIA to TSI TechVentures Asia Pte Ltd (TSITV). The current paid-up capital of TSIA is S$2.87 million.
The Company achieved ISO9001:2000 certification and is also accredited to the ISO/IEC Guide 17025 by the Singapore Accreditation Council – Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (SAC-SINGLAS). |
